Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 March 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Bookyra, a SaaS booking and business management platform for beauty and wellness professionals. Bookyra is currently operated by a sole trader based in Bulgaria.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Who the Service Is For
Bookyra is intended for solo professionals, small salons, and service businesses that need online booking, scheduling, and client management tools.

- Client records and appointment history
- Automated reminders (email and optional SMS)
- Business analytics and profile management tools
We may improve, update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. When possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account and business information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity performed through your account
- Ensuring your use of customer data complies with applicable laws
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe misuse is occurring.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly), depending on the plan you select.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the Merchant of Record for transactions.
Taxes may apply depending on your billing information and location.
If a payment method fails, access to paid features may be restricted until billing is resolved.
6. Plan Changes, Cancellations, SMS and Add-Ons
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from your billing settings or billing portal where available.
- Plan changes may apply immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on configuration
- Optional add-ons (including SMS notification packages or credits) may be billed separately
- Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or our Refund Policy
7. Intellectual Property
The Bookyra platform, including software, branding, design, and related content, is owned by Bookyra and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the business information and content you upload, while granting Bookyra the rights necessary to operate and provide the service.
8. Availability and Service Performance
We aim to provide reliable service and maintain strong security practices. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure providers, or technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
- these terms are violated
- there is suspected fraudulent activity
- security risks arise
- required by law or regulatory obligations
You may stop using the service at any time.
