Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Bookyra handles subscription refunds, cancellation timing, and charges for add-ons such as SMS-related purchases.
1. Subscription Billing
Bookyra subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your selected plan.
By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle of your plan.
2. General Refund Rule
Payments for already started billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where explicitly approved by Bookyra under this policy.
3. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be issued in situations such as:
- accidental duplicate charges
- billing errors caused by technical issues
- other exceptional situations reviewed individually by our support team
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellations and Timing
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or billing portal.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, except where required by law.
Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the paid period.
5. Add-Ons and SMS Purchases
Add-ons and SMS credit purchases may be billed separately from the base subscription.
Unless required by law, these purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered or consumed.

- your business or account name
- the charge date and amount
- a short explanation of the issue
